Worked some dogs last night and it worked out pretty well for some - not so good for others.
Tucker - Had a nice broke find and 2 stop to flushes - as well as some not so nice work so corrections were made.
Jakey - Had sensory overload - in field with hundreds of pheasants - corrections were made often. We did have a broke find and a couple broke stop to flushes afterwards
Mac - Ran a nice race - honored another dog - ran over a few birds - had no finds.
Lola - Ran a nice hunting dog party, with two finds that she broke at flush - but I was pleased with the work of this young female.
I was overall very happy with the dogs - birds are getting spooky and are getting into larger and larger groups which makes it difficult to get them pointed.
Raining this morning hoping it will break so that we can work dogs this evening.
