Good day training

Today, was pretty overcast, windy and cool. But, I went out and worked a bunch of dogs. We had a great day training overall.

Tech - Good run, smooth and great pattern - no finds.

Cullen - Nice easy handling shooting dog race, broke find on a big bunch of sharptails and a nice stop to flush on another group. Super pleased with the work of this young irish setter - he found himself in the middle of a group of sharptails that upon my approach got up all around him - handled like a pro with manners.

Lola - Nice run with a pheasant find - broke at the flush. Worked a bunch better today.

Xena - Braced with Lola - had a pheasant find - broke at flush, really nice job for both the young dogs.

Otto - Multiple contacts with pheasants and pointed his last bird. Coming along finally.

Beast - Multiple finds and contacts with pheasants, handling well and starting to hunt much better.

Tripp - 3 finds - broke at flush all on pheasants and multiple contacts with other flushing birds - Big improvement

Lucy - Multiple contacts with pheasants - 3 points on pheasants - broke at flush or knocked them - nice job overall.

Good Day overall. Starting to pack up things

Keith - Posting from Under the Rusty Windmill
